About 30 people responded to the survey over the course of a month, so this is by no means representative or scientific. But I appreciate everyone's efforts. Okay, so people like the photos (no surprise) and Trip in his underwear (also not a surprise). The upcoming new design will address some of the formatting changes which you're asking for. Many nice comments, including a lot of people who apparently like my humor. I was also pleased to find that everyone who answered likes the simplicity of the site design and structure. The most unexpected items were the great interest in captions (mine and reader-suggested), the request for a mailing list, and that a lot of people are still using 56K modems. I guess I didn't think that so many people haven't gotten to broadband. I'll set up a mailing list if people really want to be on it, but during the season I sometimes update four times a week! My friends don't want that much mail from me. |
